Photographs are key in supporting claims made and sets the scene for use in a courtroom environment. Photographs can also be an essential form of evidence, sometimes being the deciding factor in proving or disproving a client's claims.

We can cater for home or studio visits nationwide. We will authenticate the claimant and provide 2 professional quality photographs that can be used as evidence in a court proceeding, the first photograph would be of the claimant with his or her identification and the second would be a photograph of the injury area at conversion distance.

We can also provide close up photographs showing the scale of the injury and finally provide a signed declaration of authenticity.

DVDs are available on request and have proved to be a particularly effective tool for showing a typical ‘Day in the Life’ of the claimant as well as highlighting restricted movements and illustrating problems with the home environment.

We understand the importance of a signed and returned Conditional Fee Agreement. We are able to explain the agreement to the client, ensure that appropriate identification is given – verification of authenticity if required.

We can obtain signed Terms and conditions or medical Forms of Authority as and when required.
