IQED's strategy is to be a one stop shop for the needs of our Solicitor and Insurer clients.

As Head of Quality & Client Services Dawn is central to delivering our strategy, by assuming responsibility for the development of existing services, and the exploration through to roll out of new services into the business.

Our concentration on quality, customer service and our focus on reducing cycle times is a common theme running through of all of our existing and future services. Dawn manages our Quality and Client Services team and is responsible for ensuring that we deliver quality outputs at all times.

As Head of Fraud for IQED Kobus has three years experience as the Fraud Manager for Eldon Insurance Services, also supporting the Brightside Group, further he was Forensic Investigators Banking for 6 years with the Old Mutual Group at Nedbank.

With 20 years Risk experience in the industry locally and abroad he is committed to minimizing any Companies Risks and dedicated to providing a professional world class Investigative Service from within IQED.
